Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable when:

  • The service has not been executed due to company error.
  • Shipment is cancelled before dispatch.
  • Overpayment or duplicate payment has occurred.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Delays caused by customs, natural disasters, strikes, or force majeure.
  • Incorrect or incomplete documentation provided by the customer.
  • Services already rendered.


3. Refund Process

  • Customers must submit a refund request within 14 days of payment.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
